There are different ways to acquire argentinan citizenship, and thus there are many different requirements for each method of acquisition. It is called citizenship by capital contribution. Not only is there an investment bar to clear, but you also need to demonstrate significant abilities to bring creative business practices, innovation, or technology, into areas where the argentinan government deems worthy.

Sometimes, you also need to form significant collaboration with local businesses or create a substantial amount of new jobs. It varies wildly on a case-by-case basis and we recommend you contact us even during your initial investigation phase to properly analyze the situation. This form of citizenship acquisition is not subject to many restrictions listed above: no need to renounce your original citizenship because your position in the country is kept as an internal government secret so it will not be announced; no need to stay in argentina before application; and no waiting period.

The process for citizenship by contribution is extremely complicated and difficult as it requires a complete background check and approval in nearly all levels of government, in over a dozen departments all around the country. Without liaison assisting you in these matters, it would be nearly impossible, so we recommend you to consult us for a customized approach.

For those acquiring citizenship by naturalization, we usually would go through the following process:

1. Once all initial consultation and decision are complete, we move on to gathering documents;
2. All documents are prepared, our German translators approved by the argentinan government completes all translations into proper German, and our notary team gets everything legalized;
3. The documents are now submitted as a package to the ministry responsible;
4. The reviewing process may take months, and the government officials may demand an interview in German to test your language abilities and ask you about your ties to the country;
